Blue Dragon Film Ventures is a multi-stakeholder worker-cooperative in development. Using barter dollars, an intentional community, and cooperative film and tv projects, Blue Dragon aims to provide employment, housing, and an exciting work/life balance to Canadian and US veterans and veteran first responders.

We want to make sure that we outshine industry competitors as far as compensation packages - particularly in light of the barter dollar system we will be using. We are looking for research and analysis we can take to the new employees and ensure a solid explanation that not only makes sense, but excites.

Learners will research and analyze our compensation strategy.

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. There will be a dedicated contact and all emails will be returned within 24 hours.
